As a lay member, I'd say that we believe that we are saved from physical death through the Resurrection--everyone will be resurrected (minus those cast out from presence of God in pre-mortality) and to what degree of glory depends on how their lives reflect an application of the Savior's sacrifice and conformity to His will.
